Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 230°C.
  2. Line a baking tray with aluminum foil or baking paper.
  3. Place the chicken and veggies in the tray.
  4. Sprinkle the spices and garlic evenly over chicken and veggies.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until veggies are golden and chicken is tender.
  7. Divide chicken and veggies evenly across four meal prep containers.
  8. Store in the fridge up to five days (or two months in the freezer).
